Norway Spruce (Picea Abies) is the traditional Christmas tree as introduced to England by Prince Albert, consort to Queen Victoria, in the early nineteenth century. Today Norway Spruce is still a very popular tree with strong scented needles and a bushy pyramidal shape. Norway Spruce shed needles quite quickly in our warm living rooms and offices. However using a tree stand which holds water will help the tree to retain its needles for longer. For most homes and offices Spruce will only last in good condition for a couple of weeks so we recommend that you delay taking delivery of Spruce for as long as possible… We start deliveries of Spruce from 7th December.
